President and Trustee
Tré has worked in the non-profit industry for over 20 years with programs related to healthcare, education, foster care and adoption, community service, and arts and culture. In addition to also working for a national health and human services organization, she volunteers for a few non-profit boards. She earned a BS in Business Administration and MBA degree, and is currently earning a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Tre values service and is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. This Chicago native is also a wife and mother.
Chair of the Board
With over 20 years of experience in educating, developing and coaching adults in various industries - telecommunications, military, corporate, government administration and non-profit - Lametra is passionate about all forms of wellness and development.
Case in point, Lametra is the Director of Learning and Development for two organizations; and she earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Training & Development with an emphasis on Adult Training & Development, as well as the following designations - Certified Professional Coach; a Certified Career Services Provider and a Global Career Development Facilitator. She is also a wife, mother, veteran, entrepreneur, author and a long distance runner.

Linda has extensive fundraising and administrative experience in the non-profit sector.
Treasurer and Trustee
Sheri Carter has over 15 years’ experience in the banking industry. She has used her expertise to help people from all walks of life meet their financial goals. She is a member of the Social Butterfly Foundation, created and founded by Dr. Kisha Roberts-Tabb to uplift and empower young women in the ways of womanhood. She is also a board member of the Luminous Leading Ladies; a community organization created to empower and inspire young women.
It is her passion to mentor and inspire young women. As a single mom, it is her goal to be a leader and empower young people to be the best versions of themselves.
Melba “Mel” has worked in healthcare for over 19 years. As an administrator, Mel’s focus on being an ambassador and change agent comes naturally through the compassion and kindness she provides to patients and in general. She has provided and facilitated training to hospital employees and bridged gaps with medical-clinical care teams and administrative leadership with the goal of improving patient care and services.
Mel is a daughter, sister, aunt, mom, friend, confidant, and team player. She has a passion for helping others in areas of mental wellness, volunteering, and spreading kindness.
Tonya is a Human Resource Professional with 25+ years of experience. Tonya specializes in Human Resources full-lifecycle and has experience working in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, semiconductor, telecom, retail, consumer goods and products (CPG), mortgage, and value-added retailer (VAR). Tonya is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
She holds a master's in Human Resources Development (MAHURD) from Bowie State University, Bowie, MD, and a Bachelor's (BA), Degree in Business Administration from Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC.
Tonya has one son, Anthony . In her free time, she leads a Ladies' Bible Study and is a Deaconess. She worships at One Community Church in Plano, Texas.
Christianne has over 20 years of experience working in higher education, hospitals, and nonprofit sectors. She is the founder and owner of Diverse Innovations LLC in which she combines the practices of industry know-how and work experiences, knowledge-based learning, academic accreditations, and research analysis. Christianne has a BA in Sociology, MS in Organizational Management, and MBA in Project Management. She lives in Chicago with her three children: Julianne, Joshua, and Joseph.
