About Tonya
Tonya is a Human Resource Professional with 25+ years of experience. Tonya specializes in Human Resources full-lifecycle and has experience working in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, semiconductor, telecom, retail, consumer goods and products (CPG), mortgage, and value-added retailer (VAR).
Tonya is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She holds a master's in Human Resources Development (MAHURD) from Bowie State University, Bowie, MD, and a Bachelor's (BA), in Business Administration from Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC. Tonya has one son, Anthony. In her free time, Tonya is a board member of CAYA Alliance; she leads a Ladies' Bible Study and is a Deaconess. They worship at One Community Church in Plano, Texas.
